I feel like an office visit has been successful when patients leave with the confidence that all of their questions were answered and that they have a solid understanding of their care plan. So how do we get there? The most important thing is good communication. My intent is to be a valuable resource to all of the families I treat. This is accomplished by listening well and considering the details of each situation to provide the most individualized guidance and support.
